Hi Joanne,

I just want to send along an note to thank yourself, Dean and your son for the great service you guys at LeBlanc Trucking provided. This was my first time buying a bike out of province and the thought of getting it back home was a dreaded roadblock. I just want to pass along my appreciation for making this roadblock vanish. Because of your excellent service, I wouldn't hesitate to purchase a bike out of province again, and I'll definitely be calling you to take care of the shipping.

Normally, I would expect some delay in getting a product shipped to NL, but you guys were a day early, very impressed. I have already mentioned your good service to other riders on our riding group forum here in NL and will be passing along my opinion to anyone who asks about getting a bike shipped to NL.

We hired LeBlanc to do a move from Longueuil, QC to Calgary, AB - April 2008. We were very happy with all aspects of the move.

We have moved many times over the years, including moves to the USA, but this move was the least stressful because of the personable customer service we received, from the first phone call to the actual delivery.

We would not hesitate to use LeBlanc again. It was great not having to go through a "middle man" so to speak, and deal directly with the owners.

Dear LeBlanc Trucking,

It is my sincere pleasure to write this letter of thanks and recommendation for LeBlanc Trucking.

I am currently living with my family overseas and was very worried when I realized that I had to move a substantial amount of goods I had stored in Calgary from Alberta to Newfoundland on short notice. After getting the “run around” from a few shipping companies I contacted, I was so relieved when I spoke with JoAnne at LeBlanc Trucking. She quickly and efficiently organized everything for me - a dream come true when you are far away and unable to do things yourself.

From arranging the prompt pick-up in Calgary to the quick and ultra-efficient transport and delivery to St. John’s it was truly an excellent experience every step of the way. All of this was done in the dead of the Canadian winter and with expertise that I didn’t think existed anymore.

The drivers contacted the recipient along the route with updates on their progress and there was incredible communication throughout the entire move from start to finish. The men then showed incredible kindness and cleanliness as they delivered the goods and placed carpets down so no dirt or water soiled the floor and were “true gentlemen” in dealing with the recipient, who was an older person.

My experience with LeBlanc Trucking has been tremendous and I could not be more thankful to them for their assistance or more highly recommend them to anyone who is need of a professional, well-priced, and easy moving experience. From JoAnne’s ultra-effective coordination and communication in the office to the movers’ professional transporting and delivering, LeBlanc Trucking has proved to be a true gem and a company that I will recommended to all and use again when necessary.

They both did a fantastic job moving household belongings to our summer home in South River, Newfoundland.

We found Joanne and Dean through Downhome Magazine.

From the first e-mail to Joanne in late December 2006, through to March 14th when Dean arrived to our "land of snow and ice", having had to back up his 17 ft. truck and 53 ft. trailer about 2 km along Salmon Cove Road, we received excellent and personal service!
